Do I need login access to the retailer's Google account?
You don't need to. The tool pulls public Google Business Profile data and scans the retailer's website on its own. You never touch their Google login, dashboard, or any of their accounts.
What if my retailer's business is brand new with no reviews yet?
The audit still runs. You'll see their profile compared to three established competitors, and the action plan will tell them what to do first. For newer profiles that's usually photos and a real description before chasing reviews.
How many retailers can I audit?
That depends on your tier. Pro gives you 20 audits a week, enough to audit a different retailer every weekday plus re-runs. Starter gives you 5. The $5 Onetime is single-use, one audit per code.
Can I cancel any time?
You can cancel anytime, no questions asked. Cancel through the customer portal, by email, or from the link at the bottom of any billing notice. Access continues to the end of your current paid period and you won't be charged again. Refunds aren't offered on payments already processed.
